This license separates public card facts from the original research, organization and scoring work created by Instant Card Index.

The selection, organization and presentation of the Instant Card Index database, our original editorial analysis, evidence classifications and ICX Moment Score methodology are copyright Instant Card Index. Publisher facts, card images, athlete names, trademarks and marketplace records remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
Permitted with attribution
Collectors, journalists and researchers may quote limited excerpts and cite individual records for commentary, reporting or non-commercial research. Attribution should name Instant Card Index and link to the exact record or dataset page. Public facts do not become our property because we index them; the original source should also be credited where one is provided.
Permission required
Bulk copying, mirrored databases, commercial data feeds, systematic republication, removal of attribution and reuse of the ICX name, logo or score badge in a way that implies endorsement require prior written permission from Instant Card Index.
Machines and search engines
Our crawler rules permit discovery and citation by search engines and supported AI services. Technical access does not transfer ownership or create a broader redistribution license. Automated access must remain reasonable and respect the published crawler controls.
