Panini Instant #246 records Spain's second World Cup title with Lamine Yamal at the centre of the image. The exact raw base card is verified; its final print run is not.
On 15 September, one exact eBay listing showed €12.99, €7.99 shipping to the United States, a 35-sold counter and a 'last one' label. The seller description still said PRESALE, with delivery shown for 2–10 November. That is an active preorder ask, not proof of in-hand supply or 35 completed sales at one visible price.
The Yamal listing displayed 35 sold, but the seller still called it a presale. A counter shows listing activity; it does not expose 35 exact execution prices or prove in-hand inventory.
Last one, sold counters and delivery estimates answer different questions. ICX keeps them separate so an urgent listing label cannot stand in for supply or value evidence.
